• As engagements are agreed between End Users and Service Providers (End Users’ choosing or sometimes recommended by, all transactions are final and is not responsible for refunds for any reason.

  • Regarding any claims for returns, refunds or warranty, the End User should directly resolve these issues with Service Providers.

  • If End Users feel they may have been the victim of a crime, document what happened and contact the police. If a crime has taken place in relation to a transaction, provide with a copy of the police report or guide the authorities to contact us so that we can follow up and take appropriate action.


Since prices of services depends upon the type of job performed and vary amongst all service providers, we will provide the end user with an invoice and a link to the credit card payment once a quote has been agreed by both customers and service providers.
